This project is very special to Henry and Sharon as it is the first project that Henry sings on, and it was recorded during thier pre-engagement era when they were "twitterpated"! It is also special because it has some of the very first songs the Lord gave to Henry as a new Christian, including Twinkling Of An Eye which was written at age 12.

The history behind this recording is that The LaFontaine family had been asked to move to Ontario to pastor the church that Henry's family were attending (which Henry says was a political move on his part). Shortly after the move, Henry, Paul and Sharon started singing together for fun, and doing specials in church. This inspired both Henry and Paul to write more songs. They then started talking about doing a project just for the youth, and calling our "new group" Influence. Henry was working on the family farm picking eggs and at his Dad's brickyard, and so he started saving all of his money, and as soon as he had enough to record, we did this project. The end result was a mix of Southern Gospel, Country and light Christian Contemporary, which traveled around the world and blessed not only the young people of 1987, but everyone who listens even today.
